Inserting <Basefont> tag

I can change the font for the entire web. However, I would like to know if there is a way of formally inserting the <Basefont> tag without typing it directly into the HTML screen.

I don't recall ever seeing a method to accomplish that via the FP UI.

Basefont is deprecated - consider using style sheets
