Inserting an item in 2003

Hi

In outlook 2000 you can insert an item. I need to do this to insert an
exisiting email.
There is no similar option in 2003, so what is the alternative?

I sorted this one myself.
It is done using the Attach button (paperclip) and selecting item from that
drop down menu
