inserting a word doc

neeeeeedhellp!

I've just got the new word 2007 and i can't seem to find how you can insert
another word file into it. i have an appendix of previous work and therefore
because my previous work has macro's enabled i cannot just copy and paste.
Please help, im desperate!

It is, as Barack Obama will never say again, very stupidly labeled.
What you want is Insert tab > Object (near the right end, the bottom
one of three small buttons) > Text from File.

Even though it's not an Object and you're inserting the file, not just
text from it.
