Inserting a row in a spreadsheet

I'm entering money amounts in three columns of my spreadsheet and the fourth
column has a formula that subtracts the three amounts and tells me how much
is still due. The problem is when I insert a row and enter the money
amounts the column with the formula does not fill in.

I have a spreadsheet where when you insert a row and fill in the three
amounts and the amount due populates in the column with the formula. I
can't figure out how this happens automatically. When you use the insert to
insert a row, there are no formulas in your new row.

Formula is =IF(I15-J15-K15=0,0,I15-J15-K15)

I'm using Excel 2002 sp3.
