Inserting A Picture

I have a user who loses her picture's format when she
inserts the file into a presentation, but when I log onto
the pc and insert the same picture mine comes in fine.
I've copied my Microsoft profile settings to her and still
I'm having no luck.

Could you explain/describe what you mean by "loses her picture's format" so
