inserting a picture behind text

I am attempting to customize an invoice by putting the company logo in
the background (it needs to be in the center of the description box),
but I can't get the text to show up in front of the picture. Is there
anyway to send the picture behind the text? Thank you!!
 
All images will be in front of the cells. Check out "Picture
formatting options" in Help for using the Image Control to format
the picture as a watermark.
