How can I insert a comma at the end of each entry in a long column of
e-mail addresses?

try this on your selection.

sub putcomma
for each c in selection
c.value = c & ","
next
end sub

Assuming addresses in Column A.......

In B1 enter =A1&","

Double-click on the fill handle of B1 to copy down.

When happy with the results, copy Column B and Paste Special(in
place)>Value>OK>Esc.

Delete Column A.
