Inserting a chart or table

When trying to insert a chart or table into a PP slide an unknown table and
chard being inserted from somewhere unknown to me, with North, West, East
rows and the 4 quarter columns.
How to fix this problem.

This is just dummy data that the PPT charting mechanism provides. Simply
replace it with your own data.
