inserting 2 different dates on letter to update automatically

Hi There

i am trying to write a letter for TAFE / Higher education and one of the
things needed is
<insert todays date>
and insert <yesterdays date>
but when i do this and want to open this next week again the dates are both
the same but i want different date to continue to be automatically adjusted
but one day different
