inserted pics in same position - how?

I import a series of pictures as overlays - a base map with layers specific
to certain features (rivers, roads, etc.) ... how can I get them to import
to the same position on the slide instead of having to move each imager after
its inserted??

You can't insert an image to a certain spot on the slide, they always appear
in the middle of the slide, first. But you can select them all and then use
the align options of the draw menu. Then move them to the new position
together.

If they're all the same size, they'll normally import to the same position.
Sometimes you have to play games to force all of them to be the same size ...
add a rectangle to each picture that defines the same bounds, for example.

It's hard to give specifics w/o knowing how the pictures are created in the
first place.
