inserted movie not playing properly

I have inserted a mpeg movie into PPT 2003 but it doesn't play poperly. When
I play it in Windows Media Player, it's fine but in PPT it jumps, jerks,
plays slow and the sound is all messed up. Can anyone help?

Hi. I've tried PFC Media that has fixed the visual image but the sound is not
playing properly. The background music is jerky and is playing too slowly.
i.e not at the correct speed.

It sounds like your PC can not keep up with all it's being asked to do. Try
shutting down all background applications and defraging the hard drive.
