insert row problem

hi all, i have a worksheet outlined as an invoice with out any data on
it.when i try to insert a new row this warning pops up."to prevent loss of
data excel cannot shift nonblank cells off the worksheet."i cant find a way
to work around this.any help is greatly appreciated. thx wyn b.

Scroll down... down.. and down.. to the very bottom of the worksheet. Check
whether there is anything in any one of the cells in row 65536 (the last row).

It is very likely that at least one cell in the last row contains something.

Because a worksheet can has at most 65536 rows, and you got something in
65536 row, therefore, Excel cannot insert any more rows in the middle, as it
cannot get rid of the information in that last row.

This usually means that you have some data on row 65535 (o
thereabouts)

If your worksheet is not supposed to be this large you need to clea
off the excess
