Insert row/column triggers recalculation??

Here is the expected Excel behavior:
Insert row/column - no recalculation
Insert cell - recalculation
Delete cell/row/column - recalculation

I have this workbook that inserting a row/column triggers a recalculation of
all UDFs. Does anyone know what would cause that?

Should deleting a worksheet trigger a recalc??
