Insert Row Below

In Excel 2002, you used to be able to select a few rows, then click Insert
and choose Below and it would keep formatting and insert the same number of
rows below your current selection. Is there any way to do this same step in
Excel 2007? It seems it only lets you insert rows above the selection.

In XL 2002, I don't see the option for inserting rows below. The Insert menu
gives choices of: Cells, Rows, Columns, Worksheet, etc. Choosing Rows inserts
above, with no chance to specify otherwise. Perhaps you are thinking of
inserting rows in Word or HTML tables, where you DO have the option of
inserting above or below.
