INSERT Problem

I am no longer able to INSERT a picture or a hyperlink when creating an
e-mail using Outllok Express 6 (Windows XP Version 2002 SP2). When I click
on "Insert Picture" or "Insert Hypherlink", I get a "blank" dialog box. I
used to be able to do this. Could it be related to having IE7 installed?

Any help you can give me on correcting this problem would be greatly
appreciated.

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
