insert pictures from file always same size

I have some pictures that are 1200 X 1024 and I would like to place the
pictures, different pictures on each sheet, at 120 X 102. Is there a way
to force Excel to place the pictures and size them down to this size?

Hi Denny,
Don't really know the answer to your question, but
would suggest you resize the pictures first, you can use
almost any picture application to resize. You can use batch
processing in IrfanView (with application not DOS commands).
