You can insert a PDF as an object (Insert > Object > From File), but it will
show at most the first page. Objects in Word cannot cross a page boundary.
However, there are now many programs, some of them free, to convert PDF
files to editable Word documents, and those can be inserted into the main
document.

If you have a scanner (or all in one printer) attached to your computer, it
may have come with software that added a "printer" to your pc such as
PaperPort. If you print the pdf to that printer, it will convert the image to
a jpeg and that can be inserted and re-sized in your word doc.
