Is there any way to link a cell in excel on word.

The purpose is that wenever i open certain word document i would like to
show my name near to signature column.

Is there any easy way for that?
In every shift different persons will be there.
 
You can copy the Excel range and then Paste Special in Word, choosing to
paste as "Unformatted Text"; be sure to select the "Paste link" option.
Click OK.

To display the Paste Special dialog box, click Edit | Paste Special (Word
2003) or Home tab | Paste | Paste Special (Word 2007).
