Insert multiple table values

I am working on an access database from a remote computer via VPN. I have to enter many 1's into a table by pressing [1],[tab],[tab],[1] ...etc....can anyone tell me a quicker way to do this.

Possibly an Append Query or an Update Query would be applicable... but I
think you would need to let us know a bit more detail ablout the
table(s), fields, nature of the data, and the reason you have to put all
these 1s in, before any specific advice would be possible.
