Insert Microsoft Excel Chart

T

Hello, I hope you can help.

I am having problems when insert an object - an excel chart in word 2007. I
am able to insert in all my data which then changes the chart. I have 3
charts on one a4 page and would like to make them all the same size but the
sizes keep changing for all of them especially when i go back to the data and
then the chart changes?

Its driving me mad - any suggestions? The chart sizes change again when i
try and include axis titles and a chart title, meaning all my wording ends up
in my plot area!

Please help! It seems so trivial there must be an easy way round it.

Thanks in advance.

Several things that may help.
Inserting the charts in table cell set to the required size can control the
size of the Excel Chart when inserting. Unfortuantely when you refresh (after
changing the Excel original) sometimes the image sizes changes.
I even have a macro to resize all images in a document after such refresh
exercises.
In the Excel file, are the charts all the same size? I believe that the
source information can determine the results in Word you get.
After some trial and errors I got one Excel chart to link over at the right
size.
I then used that chart in Excel to create all the other charts required for
the project, changing their chart-type, data source as appropriately but
never the size.
I seem to get better results. Soemthime still require to run the macro.
Hope this helps
