Insert item shortcut

In previous editions of Outlook there was the option to insert text,
attachment and shortcut. In Outlook 2003 it only allows to insert as a text
or attachment. Can I insert a shortcut like before?

Use Word as the email editor and choose Insert-> Hyperlink
