Insert Horizontal Lines

How do you insert a horizontal line in a table - the form ask questions and the answers need to be typed on a hoizontal line inside tha table? NEED HELP!!!
 
Right-click your toolbar area and make sure you have a check mark next to
the "Tables and Borders" toolbar. Click inside the desired cell, select the
dropdown arrow next to the "Borders" icon on that toolbar and select the
"Bottom Border" option.
