INsert File in Contact Form

Hi to all..
i need to modify a contact form inserted in our public folder wich will host
a attached files.

So i 'll explane: i'd like to add files to contacts....many files (doc, pdf
etc etc) like a small crm.

Is it possible and how???

As long as you leave the body control (the big blank box) on the form, it can accept attchments.
