Insert Disk 2 Problem

I put my installation program onto 2 floppy disks. When I install my
application, it copies the files and everything is fine until it asks for
Disk 2. I insert disk 2 and click OK but then it continues to ask for Disk 2
and won't proceed. Should the files in the .CAB be unzipped onto the disk?
Or is it something else?
