Insert current date into a userform Text Box

Hi everyone

i would like to be able to have a Textbox in a userform that contains the
current date. I have tried using the Control Source field, but can not get
this to work. I am also wondering if it is possible to have a field that
looks up the users name and initials from the User Information settings in
the options menu.

Hi Jiminic,

For the second part of your question, you can use a standard DOCPROPERTY field with an 'author' switch, or an AUTHOR, USERNAME or
USERINITIALS field.
