Insert a hyperlink into a form from a query

In my table/query I have a column that has website
hyperlinks. I want to put a button in my form that will
take them to the correct web page for that record. Can
you please help with this. Thanks.
 
In your form design page, click on the "INSERT" option
across the menu bar and select "HYPERLINK." Put in your
URL.
