Inputpanel bug?

hi all,

I wrote a fullscreen application and used the inputpanel control that comes
with VS2003 and dotnet CF 1.0. When i use
Inputpanel1.Enabled = true;
it works fine and the SIP shows when i use it on WM 2003 SE, but it throws
and excpetion not really specific the exp.Message shows "Exception" when i
try it on WM 2003. Is that a known bug and is there a fix or a work around?

There was a related issue with the InputPanel that was addressed in a
previous service pack. Upgrade to SP3.
