If you click on the InputMask line and then click on the little button
with the 3 dots that appears on that line you will be taken to the
InputMask wizard.

Click on the InputMask property and press F1, which will take you to
the Help file on Input Mask.
You can define your own custom input mask, character by character. 0 is a
required digit; 9 is an optional digit; - or / are literals... reread the
help. It is *not* as limited as you are making it.
