Input form in Excel 2007

I have worked a long time with Excel tables and have used the built-in form
to add and edit posts. I found this very practical. In the 2007 version I
have not found the form. Can I use a macro to create a dialog box to do the
job? I'm very familiar to write macros in Excel.
 
Hi,

You can add the button to your QAT.

Office button > Excel Options > Customize.
Choose commands from: Commands not in Ribbon.
Scroll down to the Form... icon.
