Input form field record source

I am creating a data entry form with one field that should automatically
populate the same value as entered in another field on the same form. I am
also creating two other calculated fields on the form that shlould populate
the field in the source table. The problem I am having is the calculated
fields are not populating the corresponding fields in the source table. How
do I specify that these calculated fields should populate specific fields in
the source table?
