I understand that OUTLOOK cannot view attachments
automatically. *IF* emails come in that have GIFs in them
(let's say from a picture of a product) that are
displayed, how are they doing that? Is there some
technique to do that?

Is there anyway to do this and still display the picture
even if the email client goes offline after downloading?

The pictures would have to be embedded by the sender into an HTML or Rich
Text format message for them to appear automatically in Outlook on the
