ink and voice annotations and broadcasts

I'm running PP 2003 with all updates on a Gateway convertible (I can use it
as a Tablet PC, i.e., write on the screen with a stylus). I routinely record
voice narration of my slides and use my pen to annotate PP slides as I
lecture. Just today I discoverd the Broadcast add-in for PP and was excited
to learn there might be an easy way to "package" the whole presentation.
However, when I tested it, it converted my slides and voice annotations, but
not the ink annotations I added as I narrated the slides. The ink
annotations showed up on the screen and in the ppt version of the file, but
they didn't get converted to the broadcast version of the presentation. Is
this a problem with my computer or a shortcoming of the Broadcast add-in?
Any help would be appreciated.

I haven't played with Producer from my Tablet, but since Producer is older
than the inking technology in a Tablet PC, my guess is that it might just be
a case of it not knowing anything about the ink.

I can direct you to people who do know (easy in this case since I can see
that you are posting from the on-line interface). If you look at the list of
available groups, you will see that there is one just for Producer. Ask your
question over there - my guess is they will know for sure.

After I sent my last reply, I realized that, in fact, there is no Producer
newsgroup in the list on the left--or am I just missing it somehow??

Hmmm - I thought it was part of Producer, but I guess it isn't. From the
description on that page, I am guessing that it should know about ink (from
the date), but probably doesn't. I say that because it looks like a
glorified screen recorder and most screen recorders don't capture annotation
ink.

Ok - I can see why you couldn't find it. I (stupidly) assumed that the
Producer group would be in the Office list. It isn't. So you need to go to
the main Microsoft Communities list and look for microsoft.public.producer -
if you can't find it, try this link:
