Ingoing server outlook

I do not receive my ingoing mail into the outlook inbox. When I go on the
internet I see all the ingoing messages?? The outgoing is working, what am I
dooing wrong?.

Thanks for helping me out
 
You go to your ISP help pages & lookup the settings - they may be listed for
outlook.express, they are the same.
