Actually, I went to the infragistics site and then to their newsgroup
as posted on the site...

and I got a message that the server is not available. I also just
read recently (on these newsgroups) that Infragistics took their nntp
server down. So I thought I would post here to see if anyone had any
ideas.

The server is up as of this morning and was up yesterday morning. It
was unavailable the afternoon of the day before. I just checked for new
headers and everything works now.
You can look at the InitializeRow event to color things during startup.
If you need to change row coloring during user edit you can use the
AfterCellUpdate event.
