Information wizard

i formatted my hard drive an reloaded windows xp.
an "information wizard" window pops up once the computer
is powered up and operating system is loaded. it has no
information in the white boxed area. presently, i just
close the window using the taskbar. it is annoying and i
prefer not to have it pop up at all.

what it this for? i have never seen it before. and how
can i get rid of it?
 
Hi,

Start/run msconfig, look on the startup tab for something that may be
invoking it - it's not a native application.
