information window

I just created a new user and every time that I open a
file that is internet/browser connected i get a
Information popup that says Tools in Internet Explorer
has enabled Safe Shopper. How do I keep from getting this
information window

Go to www.lavasoftusa.com, download, install and run Ad Ad Aware. Also, be
sure your antivirus software is up to date and run a virus scan.
