Information Store Could not be opened

I have a user who is using Outlook 2000 and when she
tries to open another user's calendar (File, Open, Other
User's Calendar) and types in his name, it comes back
with an error message saying "Information Store could not
be opened".

Any suggesstions?

The message may mean that the current user doesn't have permission to open
the other user's folder. Permissions would be the first thing to check.

I've checked the permissions. She has them for that
user. She can't open them for any users on our network
that way. But she can add them to her Folder List view
and use them that way but she doesn't want to do that
since she checks quite a few user's contacts.

Very curious. I would try a new profile.
