Information service .dll files

I am trying to install Outlook 2003 which I have done but when I try to run
it it keeps coming up with an error that is was unable to load the informatio
service pstprx.dll which is frustrating me no end. I did have outlook on the
PC before but managed to uninstall it.

Can anyone help
 
FIX: "MAPI was unable to load the information service Pstprx.dll" error
