When I start my Win2K Pro computer up, I have it
automatically connecting to my DSL line via the DSL
software in the startup.
When it is connected, it is supposed to show an icon in
the task bar - it does this, BUT it also shows
an "Information Bubble" telling me it is connected - this
bubble stays open until you click on it.

Does ANYONE know how to disable this blasted bubble so it
will STOP coming up????

Thanks!

Nope. BTW, with DSL, you are *always* connected.

Some friendly advice: get rid of AOSmell and get a real ISP.

Try;
Explorer|Tools|Folder Options|View and uncheck the box for "Show pop-up
description........"
