INFOPATH.MSP error

When I try to move an email to a personal folder in outlook 2003, I get a
Windows Installer error "The feature you are trying to use is on a network
resource that is unavailable." "Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate
path to a folder containing the installation package 'INFOPATH.MSP'

I tried to uninstall Office 2003 but it still looks for this file and won't
let me uninstall or re-install office.

I also tried to reinstall SP1 and SP2 and get the latest updates, but it
won't let me do any of these.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Have you tried SP3? Not sure if it will help but worth a try.
