Info Icon Window Problem

I have Windows XP Home Edition and IE 7. I am having a problem with IE. When
going to certain sites like mapquest and
American Airlines a window opens in the right hand corner of my screen. It
has a blue circle with an i in it. The window will not expand so I can see
what the problem is. It states something about Navigation to and that you can
try to refresh. That is all that is visible. After clicking on refresh
another small window opens that reads This program ca. Below that it reads
Most likely causes: You are not co and The website is. That is all that is
visible. I am still able to browse the site and use IE except that this
small window is a nuisance. The only way to remove it is to reboot. Can
anyone please help me with this problem?
