inetinfo.exe

Paul Neiman

I am running a MS2000 server and once in a while the
inetinfo.exe consumes all the resources available. I am
not sure what will happen if I kill this process. Any
help would be great. Thanks.
 
Since you're running inetinfo.exe you must also be running some combination
of an ftp server, nntp server and or some other component of IIS. If not I
would suspect some virus and or trojan.
