F Frank Kabel Sep 10, 2004 #2 Hi you ned to be a little bit more specific what you're trying to do. In general this is no problem
J Joseph Sep 10, 2004 #3 Frank, =ADDRESS(2,1,1,1,"W:\Forecast\Dashboard\"&MID(B2,6,4)&"\["&LEFT(B2,9)&" Upshot Download Deals Report.xls]Weekly Backlog Deal Report 04'!") The above formula defines a single cell. I want to implant it into =sum() and have it use that cell as the starting point and use cell a23 as the endpoint of the range. Thanks. Joe
