indexes for dBase III linked to Access 2003

In the above file access does not recognize all of my 7 indexes. Why does it
recognize some and not the others?
 
dbase supported "expressions" for indexing.

ms-access does not have or support "expressions" for indexes, and thus it
can't use those indexes (in fact, those expressions could actually be dbase
functions and code...and thus ms-access would have to be able to
"run/execute" dbase code...and it can't do that!
