index numbers

My index table currently has
Toys ..........1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9

How can I make this appear like
Toys ..........1, 3-7, 9

You will need to select pages 3-7 and insert a bookmark, then insert an XE
field referring to that bookmark.
