Is there a way of hiting a key to automatically go to a certain feild in a
record. For example the / key and it will go to a record.

You'll have to clarify your question. You say "go to a certain field
in a record" and then you say "go to a record". Is this on a Form? How
do you know which field (or record?) to go to? Do you want multiple
keys each doing something different?

Actually what I have is 10 feilds. Not all the time all of the fields need
to be populated. When I enter information I go from 1-2-3-4 and so on. A lot
of the time I only enter info into the first field out of the 10. When I am
done I need to jump to another feild on the form. Instead of using the mouse
which in repetition can get streanuous. I thought I could just use a key to
have it jump to the field. I could set the tabs but I still have to tab
through the rest of the fields to get to where I want to go. Or even better
yet any time I pressed the / or someother key I was just looking for a key
that I don't use already, it will automatically set focus on my desired field.
