No items show up when click on Index in Help & Support.
Is there a way to get the Index to show up properly? Tx.

Try to reinstall Help and Support:
C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\Binaries\helpctr.exe there is the cmd line.

And if you have SP1 this will reinstall it
C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\Binaries\hscupd.exe
