Index.dat Suite - installaton problem

When I try to install Index.dat Suite, I get the following error message.

C:\Windows\System\Mscomctl.ocx
Error occured when trying to replace Mscomctl.ocx
Delete file failed: code 5
Access is denied.

I think this file has something to with ActiveX
Does anyone have ideas

Try the basic install and see if it runs. Your runtime library may be up
to date.

Basic install

Or the no install. Unzip and use
