You may want to start with learning proper spelling, diction, and grammer
yourself.

I <space needed> am quite computer illiterate and find a <another space> lot
of people talk (use) computer <full words, not partial> jargon. This is a
message <another partial> for anyone who, like me, <use commas to separate
thoughts> has a problem with Help & Support <spell it out, don't get lazy on
us> (having a) blank index with (a) red square <another spelling shortcut>.
Go to (the) start (button) at (the) bottom of (your desktop) <delete: page>,
choose RUN <delete: option> and enter the following: "regsvr32 hhctrl.ocx"
(use of quotes defines what you want the user to enter), <add: then click ok
(to tell the user what to do)>. Yes, that (there) is a gap between the 32 &
hh.

(Don't forget to capitalize the first word in a sentence)
Hope this helps.

<end run>

Now doesn't it read better like this?
