Indents in outline format

I am inserting a WordPerfect document into my Word Document. It’s in an
Outline format. I have everything cleaned up but one item. The left & right
indents within an outline heading with multiple paragraphs are not the same.
Is there a way using a macro to go thru the whole document and correct the
left & right indents of the multiple paragraphs based on the outline heading
they fall under?

If you have used a specific style for each outline level (as you should
have), then it is a simple matter of modifying the style.

Yes, each outline level has its own specific style. How do I modify the style
to include all the paraghaphs in that outline level?

See http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/styles/ModifyAStyle.html. Also, if the
outline includes numbering, pay careful attention to
http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/numbering/OutlineNumbering.html. The left,
first-line, and hanging indents of numbered styles have to be set through
the Bullets and Numbering (not Paragraph) dialog, and they must be done
through the Level 1 style.

How do I write a macro to say find Heading 1 and set the left & right indents
to ‘X’ & ‘Y’ for all the paragraphs below Heading 1 until I come to the next
Heading.

You don't. You apply an indented style to those paragraphs.
